We do not ask for payment until the online shopping system has successfully validated all the items added to your shopping cart.
UK VAT sales tax is included in the price of live training events held in the UK. VAT is added at the checkout for EU customers for other product types.
You will be provided an opportunity to preview and change your order before it is processed. Once submitted, we will confirm the details via email. Your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them, to ensure the highest level of security.

We use Internet standard encryption technology to scramble your sensitive data when you transmit it to us. This process is known as SSL (secure sockets layer) and we use the most up-to-date technology to provide you with the maximum practicable level of security.
Check you are in a secure server
Depending on the browser that you use, there should be a padlock icon (or similar) indicating that a secure link and secure server are being used. You know when an SSL secure connection is being used when the URL in your browser starts with 'https'.

RBS WorldPay is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland and a world leading service provider for processing internet based credit card payments.
Internet Banking Supplier
Lloyds TSB Cardnet handle all credit card transactions.
PayPal
Some or our products and services offer PayPal as an alternative payment option alongside RBS WorldPay. Finance payment facilities offered with some products and services are not available when using PayPal.
