Payment terms
Fees do not include travel or accommodation which you need to organise and pay for yourself. UK VAT receipts are available on request. Bookings will be taken on a first come, first served basis and will only become secure on receipt of the non-refundable deposit. If you choose to pay over a number of months, the booking will only become secure on receipt of the non-refundable initial RBS FuturePay payment which constitutes the administration fee for the recurring billing facility.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing 7 working days in advance of the course date. All fees already paid are forfeited thereafter. However, someone else could take your place or a new date can be agreed.
Refund Policy
Payment plan administration fees are not refundable. If you decide by the first coffee break on the first day of your training course that this course is not for you, we will gladly refund the remainder of the fees paid. Improvability reserve the right to cancel the course if less than the minimum have booked. In this case, all fees already paid will be refunded in full.
Availability
If you place an order for something which isn't available the online shopping system will automatically inform you of this at the checkout. All orders are subject to availability.
Event Recording
Some live events are audio video recorded for the purpose of producing and publishing audio video products. The event description indicates if a recording is taking place at the event. Read the event recording notice for more information.
Security
Kielder Computers Limited uses a "secure" server so your credit card information is protected. We do not hold your payment details on file. Once we have processed your order we erase your card information. Read the security policy for more information.

Pricing Information
All information including prices are correct at the time of publishing. Kielder Computers Limited is a UK-based business. All prices quoted are in GBP (Great British Pounds Sterling) and are quoted inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Taxes relevant to your country of origin will be calculated and added before final payment is requested.
You may use a currency converter to calculate the price in your own currency. However, use this for information only and you cannot rely on this being the same rate of conversion used by your credit / debit card company at the time of payment processing. The transaction will appear on your credit / debit card bill in your own currency.
UK VAT Sales Tax
UK VAT (sales tax) is charged for the place of supply and as the training is taking place in the UK, VAT will be charged and is included in all fees quoted. This is currently 17.5%.
