Where & when
For face-to-face training dates and locations visit the training course schedule page. Browse the dates and locations for face-to-face training in small groups and the customised tailored training is by arrangements.
Fees
Until I know what you want from your training, I can't quote on costs as I personalise each course. We need to talk on the telephone before I will quote for you. Please contact me for details.
A note about VAT
UK VAT (sales tax) is charged for the place of supply and as the training is taking place in the UK, VAT will be charged.
Payment terms
Fees can be paid by cheque (GBP only) or debit / credit card.
EU VAT receipts are available on request.
Two ways to pay:
- A 50% deposit paid at the time of booking secures the date(s) in my diary, with the balance due 5 working days before the first training date.
- Payment plans are also available which allow you to spread the cost over 3 payments, depending on the date of the course. Please ask for more details when you telephone.
Bookings will be taken on a first come, first served basis and will only become secure on receipt of the deposit.
Cancellations must be received in writing 7 working days in advance of the course date. All fees already paid are forfeited thereafter. However, someone else could take your place or a new date can be agreed. Improvability reserve the right to cancel the course if less than the minimum have booked. In this case, all fees already paid will be refunded in full.
STOP PRESS
- Pay the full fee before the end of 2008 for any training course dates in 2008 or 2009 and qualify for 2008 prices. From 1st January 2009, all training fees will increase. Please ask for more details when you telephone.
